Historic House and Watermill on the banks of the River Thames.
Description
The idyllic tranquil setting of the river Thames provides the perfect backdrop for up to 100 of the UK's finest artists/craftmakers displaying 1000's of unique products.
The event includes the 1st Thames Valley Food Fair where consumers have an opportunity to sample and take home some of the country's finest gastronomic delights. Attractions include wine tasting, make and bake area, beer tasting and cookery demonstrations from BBC's Celebrity Chef Richard Fox.
The show incorporates events for the whole family which include fashion shows, designer jewellery and accessories, glass blowing demonstrations, woodturning and chair bodging along with many artists/craftmakers demonstrating throughout the day. Garden lovers will enjoy a specially designed show garden, accompanied by nurseries and outdoor living exhibitors. Children will love the craft make 'n' take area, animal petting travelling farm, the make 'n' bake area and puppet shows.
Live Music complements the show, with delightful refreshments in Mapledurham's Tea Garden and the show's Tea Tent.
