Firework Fun on the River Thames
"Remember, remember the 5th of November..." If you are in the mood for some gun powder, treason and plot this bonfire night, then head to one of the many fireworks displays taking part near the River Thames. From riverside spectaculars to musically inspired displays, Fire Eaters to bouncy castles, there is plenty to enjoy this autumn, and all without the fuss of doing it yourself! Why not tuck into some hot dogs and mulled wine along the way?
Halloween Competition and Fireworks Display
Where: Risborough Secondary School, Princes Risborough

Description: Organised by The Rotary Club of Princes Risborough, the event includes competitions, a bonfire, top class fireworks display, bar, pig roast and funfair.
Time: 6.00pm for 7.00pm

Ascot Charity Fireworks Night
Where: Ascot Racecourse, Ascot
When: Saturday 31 October 2009
Description: This year's charity display at Ascot Racecourse promises to be the biggest yet. Held in an all weather location, with easy access and improved parking, this year's event will have a Halloween theme. It will also include a free fun fair, food, drink and licensed bars.

Fireworks and End of Season Party
Where: Longridge, Marlow
When: Saturday 7 November
Description: The Longridge annual fireworks party is a renowned spectacular. Fireworks light up the river, while visitors enjoy live music, food, activity stalls, bouncy castles and much more.

Cost: Advance tickets: £7 adults, £5 children (3-15). On the gate: £9 adults, £5 children (3-15). Family tickets also available.
Kingston Community Fireworks Display
Where: Kingsmeadow Stadium, Kingston
When: Friday 6 November
Description: The organisers promise to light up the skies of Kingston with a display full of colour, noise and excitement.
Time: Gates open 6.30pm, last entry 7.45pm. Fireworks at 8pm.
Cost: Advance tickets: £4 adults, £3 children (5-11). On the gate: £6 adults, £4 children (5-11).
Cookham Dean Bonfire and Fireworks
Where: Cookham, Maidenhead
When: Saturday 7 November
Description: There will be fun for all the family at this bonfire and fireworks display on Cookham Dean village green organised by Cookham Dean Village Club and Cookham Dean Primary School PTA. Why not top the evening off with a glass off mulled wine and a hot dog for the kids.

Fireworks to Music
Where: Faringdon House, Faringdon
When: Saturday 31 October
Description: A magical display of fireworks and music will delight the whole family at this event. Arrive early to make the most of children's fairground rides, a coconut shy, candyfloss stall and refreshments area.

Fireworks Fiesta
Where: Pangbourne Primary School
When: Saturday 7 November
Description: Fire Eaters and floodlit games are just some of the attractions on offer at this fun-packed fireworks night in Pangbourne. Enjoy mulled wine, a barbeque and send the kids to the sweet stall, before warming yourself in front of a huge bonfire to watch the fireworks.
