Day 4: Lechlade - Radcot

The Thames Path Relay today started from Ha'penny Bridge in Lechlade led by Pippa from Pipsticks Walks. They popped in to say hello to the lock keepers at St John's Lock, which is the first lock on the Thames... or last, if you are waling the trail from Sea to source, and also the Lock Keepers for Grafton Lock.

Day 5: Radcot - Newbridge

Sustainable Wantage led us today, with poetry and a stop off at the bird hide in Chimney Meadows. The group were joined  by Sue, an experienced walker who only needed to walk today and tomorrows sections to complete the entire Thames Path - what an achievement! It was a wet walk, and there were many soggy socks by the end!

Day 6: Newbridge - Eynsham

The Trail enters Oxfordshire and we did the group celebrated with Sue as she officially completed her Thames Path National Trail journey today - she started walking in 2024, and has been completing the walk in chunks over the years. Congratulations Sue!

The Relay continues daily to 28 June. Check the pdf on this page 👇 to see where you can join us. https://www.nationaltrail.co.uk/.../thames-path-30th.../
