Poems Along The Thames Path

The River Thames and Thames Path have inspired many poets.

The River Thames is England’s longest and most celebrated river. And for three decades it’s been made universally accessible via the Thames Path.

To mark the 30th anniversary of the Path, here are 30 poems that go on a journey from source to sea, responding to what the Thames means to us.

And if you have a memory, a story, a reflection on the River Thames, we’d love to hear it.

Send it to thames.path@oxfordshire.gov.uk

Below are the links for the 30 poems.
