Spring has finally arrived along the Thames Path, and with it comes a very special celebration — the start of our 30th anniversary celebrations of this much‑loved National Trail. As the days get longer and the riverbanks burst back into life, there’s no better time to rediscover the magic of walking beside the Thames.
For three decades, the Thames Path has guided walkers through peaceful meadows, bustling city stretches, charming villages, and some of the most iconic riverside views in the country. Whether you’ve walked every mile or just dipped a toe in, this anniversary is all about celebrating the joy, health, and sense of connection that the Trail brings to so many people each year.
That’s where our “Spring in Your Step” campaign comes in. This month, we’re inviting everyone to step outside, stretch their legs, breathe a little deeper, and experience the uplifting power of spring along the river. Expect a month full of seasonal stories, wellbeing tips, nature moments, and fresh inspiration to help you make the most of the Trail.
